Practice STAR method - Behavioral Interview Stories

Practice your STAR format behavioral interview stories by working in small groups of your peers. In a Zoom breakout room, you will be with 2-3 of your peers and take turns practicing answering behavioral interview questions and receiving feedback from a career advisor and your group.

 

MBA/PMBA -Video Interview Practice with Angie

An opportunity for more video/Zoom interview practice. You will receive pre-work to complete 2-3 interview questions via Big Interview. You will them meet with Angie for a 20-minute session to debrief your video interviews and work on fine tuning your skills. Register for a date below and you will be assigned a 20-minute slot within that hour.

LinkedIn Strategies: Optimizing your Outreach

Filling in a LinkedIn profile is easy, but are you using it to connect to the right opportunities? We will discuss common questions such as: “What do I put in a message when reaching out to someone?” or How do I find recruiters or alumni to talk with?" or “How can I get someone to respond to my message without bugging them?" and “How can I find job opportunities on LinkedIn?” Intended for students with

an existing LinkedIn Profile.

 

MBA/PMBA Career Group Meet-Up

Meet-up with your classmates to learn about their current job search success, challenges and an opportunity to help each other. Come prepared to share what is working for you, what is not and if there are any job leads or connections that you can share (or need) to help each other out.

Angie will be leading these groups and conversations.

EMPLOYER-RELATED EVENTS
Employer-related events can be a great opportunity to gather knowledge about the organization, explore what you’re interested in (and not interested in), and learn what type of candidate they are seeking. It is also a great opportunity to build connections and expand your network. Even if you are not their target group, it doesn’t hurt to ask questions to build your knowledge base and build connections with company representatives.

Immigration Attorney Session
