Gies Scholar Selection Process

Admission to the Gies Scholar Honors Program is open to rising Sophomores in Gies College of Business. Our aim is to admit a cohort of academically motivated and purpose-driven leaders that is representative of Gies College of Business.  Along with academic achievement, the Gies Scholar Program is looking for students that demonstrate leadership skills, commitment to inclusion, service in the community, creativity, and strong critical thinking skills.

The Gies Scholar Honors Application will be available here to current first-year Gies College of Business in the late Fall/early Spring semesters and students will be notified before the conclusion of the Spring semester. New Intercollegiate Transfer Admits will also be considered for admission to the Gies Scholar Honors Program through the ICT Application and notified after ICT Admission Decisions have been released in the Summer.
