MANDATORY Brazil Student Information Forms

Hi all,

We are getting closer to the Spring Break and trip to Brazil! You must submit the mandatory forms below by the stated deadlines. Please make sure you don't miss these deadlines to aviod delaying the process of administration for the trip.

For the optional roommate preference form, note that in addition to the days/nights when entire group is together (Sao Paulo: March 14-15, and Rio: March 18-21), some of the teams will be split during days of client visits (Sao Paulo or Rio: March 15-18). You can view the list HERE with exact locations for team projects, as well as the tentative itinerary HERE. Therefore during those days you may choose a roommate that is staying in the same location. Note that only same-gender roommates are allowed. Your roommate preference cannot be guaranteed but our agency will do their best to accommodate your choices. If you don't have a roommate preference, the program will assign you one.

We should be receiving the final itinerary from our organizing agency in Brazil next week.

1. REQUIRED MBA Global Immersion Form - ALL STUDENTS, Wednesday, February 26, 2020.
2. MBA Bus: Champaign - O'Hare Airport Form - ALL STUDENTS, Wednesday, February 26, 2020.
3. Roommate Preference Form - OPTIONAL, Wednesday, February 26, 2020.
4. Brazil Visa Submission Form - Only for students whose country of citizenship require visa to enter Brazil, once approved.
