BDI 199- Data Storytelling
Are you noticing that many things are going toward data science but you feel unsure about your place in the revolution? This course is designed to quickly get you ramped up in the core foundations of data science (e.g. machine learning) through understandable metaphors, analogies, and tools that require little to no programming. You can thrive in this course with any range of technical background (or non-technical background) as long as you have a desire to grow and learn more about the stories behind data. As you learn core foundations, you will also learn how to communicate with others about data and tell data stories that can help you and the businesses you work for thrive.
This full semester spring class is restricted to Gies College of Business Students with Sophomore, Junior, or Senior class standing.
