Illinois Athletic and Academic Strive Scholarship Application Available
UI System students who have demonstrated “special athletic ability” in an amateur sport and rank in the top 25 percent of their college and incoming freshmen must rank in the upper 25 percent of their incoming class can apply. Athletic participation must have been for personal development rather than as preparation for professional athletics. In the past, recipients were awarded $2,500. The application site is now open with a submission deadline of Monday, February 12, 2024. Scholarship applications can be submitted online at: www.uaps.uillinois.edu/strive.
