ÔÇïÔÇïÔÇïÔÇïÔÇïÔÇïAs you're registering for your BADM courses, please consider the following steps if you run into issues:
- Make sure to check the section text of each course you want to take on Course Explorer. Each course lists the restrictions day one of registration and then the date and time the course will open to other majors. Some students will not be able to register as soon as their time ticket allows if the course is only an elective for their major.
- If you get a field of study or program restriction, first check Course Explorer to see if the course is opened to your major yet. If it has, please email ba-undergrad@business.illinois.edu with your UIN and the restriction you received so BADM can verify your registration eligibility and issue. Students marked as multi-majors usually have this problem occur.
- If you get a class restriction, this means you do not have the class standing needed to register for the course. Most BADM courses require a junior or senior class standing which means at least 60 credit hours have to be completed before you are able to register.
- Make sure to verify any prerequisite is completed before registering for a course. If a prerequisite has not been met, you will be removed from the course.
