UIUC students can see open spaces/seats exist in a Finance course; however when they attempt to register for the course they receive the "Reserve Closed" error message, preventing successful registration. "Reserve Closed" means that remaining seats are reserved for incoming exhange students. Any unused seats will open to Finance majors at the end of the first week of class next semester.
