The Illinos Club is identifying Gies College of Business students who are eligible to apply to the Global Focus and Make-a-Difference scholarship awards. Eligible students must meet the following criteria:
- General Eligiblity: You must be an undergraduate, have earned at least 60 credit hours by the beginning of the Spring 2020 semester, and graduate no earlier than December 2020 to apply. A minimum GPA of 2.75 at both the time of application and winning of award is also required.
- Make-A-Difference Award $3,000: Open to any major. Applicants must demonstrate that they are currently involved in activities that will make a difference in their community and beyond
- Global Focus Award $3,000: Open to any major. Applicants must have international experience or an internationally focused program of study. For example: second language study, study abroad, internships or volunteering abroad, international career plans. Applicants must demonstrate how their internationally focused work and/or volunteer plans will make a difference in the world.
