Every student enrolled in Math 112, 115, 220, 221, or 234 is required to obtain the minimum required ALEKS PPL placement score:

2019 Spring Semester: September 17, 2018 - January 18, 2019. ALEKS scores from last summer are no longer valid.
Students trying to register for or change sections of Math 112, 115, 220, or 234 who get a "PREREQ/TEST SCORE" error message will probably need to retake the ALEKS PPL test to qualify to register.**Exception: if a student completed the test today or late last night, the system will not have the score until tomorrow. This applies regardless of what day "today" is. In that case, students may contact the math advisors for a score check and PREREQ override: mathadvising@illinois.edu
