 Announcements
Gies Business has partnered with Hatha Yoga & Fitness to provide free virtual fitness classes.  Participate in 2 hours of live virtual content per week for 2 weeks (September 9th- 23rd).   Register and view the course schedule below.  Classes will include a mix of yoga, mindfulness, and cardiovascular activity.

Hatha promotes balance, such as pairing yoga with strength training and cardiovascular activity. Hatha has also found that their members gravitated toward higher intensity cardio classes while sheltering at home.
