Summer Session Online

Choose from more than 350 online Illinois course sections in a variety of subjects.  Review and enroll in summer courses through the summer session website .  Priority registaration begins for Summer 2019 in conjuction with Fall 2019 on April 1, 2019.  

Summer Session offers five different session of varying lengths to fit students' busy summer schedules:  
 

• 1 = Full 12 week semester (5/13/2019 - 8/1/2019 plus finals and often for independent study)
• SF = Full 12 week semester (5/13/2019 - 8/1/2019 plus finals)
• S1 = First 4 weeks of the semester (5/13/2019 - 6/7/2019 plus finals)
• S2 = 8 weeks of the semester after S1 (6/10/2019 - 8/1/2019 plus finals)
• S2A = First 4 weeks of S2 (6/10/2019 - 7/5/2019)
• S2B = Second 4 weeks of S2 (7/8/2019 - 8/1/2019 plus finals
