February 20: Black History Month Speaker on Equitable and Thriving Organizations
Karen Simms, founding director of the Trauma & Resilience Initiative, will speak and answer questions on the topic "Equitable & Thriving: Creating Healthy Environments and Organizations for All." For over 30 years, Karen has been advocating for individuals, families, and communities marginalized because of race, gender, sexual orientation/identity, health, or socioeconomic status.
