Message from Associate Dean, Dr. Kevin Jackson

With this being our last newsletter of the academic year, I find myself having mixed emotions. It’s been a great year and I have truly enjoyed engaging with so many bright and talented students, but ending the semester offers much needed time to renew my energy and focus on my family a bit more. There is something gratifying about completing a season, and yet the reality is sinking in that there are faces that have become familiar that I will no longer see. That is the crux of an ending. For those who are returning next fall, our team will be ready for you and we’ll be excited to be part of your continued journey through Gies. For those who are graduating, please know that you’ll remain in our hearts. As it is with family, it’s never “goodbye,” but rather, “until we meet again.” Be well.
