The Margolis Market Information Lab is looking for new fellows for the Spring of 2024. We are seeking motivated, collaborative individuals with a passion for financial markets and a desire to learn.
About the Position:
MIL fellows typically work around 5-10 hours a week across teaching workshops and monitoring lab activities. Prior experience in one of our workshop topics including Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Financial Modeling, Options, Python, WRDS, or Excel is required to apply. While a focus of study in Finance or Accounting is recommended for the position, the fellowship program is open to all majors, with backgrounds in Data Science and Computer Science also being preferred.

Applications are for the start date of Spring 2024 and are open to students graduating in December 2024 or later. The deadline for submitting all application materials is October 1st, 2023, at 11:59 PM CT. Selected applicants will be interviewed by senior lab fellows and invited to deliver a 15-to-20-minute presentation on one of the lab's software products in early October. Finalists will be interviewed by the lab director/faculty advisor.
