Real estate is the global economy’s largest investment asset class which means it’s bigger than stocks, bonds and any of the alternatives.
The Real Estate Finance Academy at Gies College of Business introduces students to the business of commercial real estate. The Academy provides both curricular and co-curricular opportunities for interested/dedicated/committed students so they can build skills and experiences in areas critical to student success.
Students regularly engage with real estate professionals; network with our industry alums and others; participate in career days; seminars and site tours; and undertake real estate case competitions at school and in regional and national contests.
Our purpose is to prepare students for the best jobs at the best firms.
