Speaking form the Heart:  How to Have a Conversation About Suicide, Illinois Counseling Center
Talking about suicide can be difficult and is often stigmatized. This workshop aims to provide self-empowering strategies and active listening skills for students to feel more comfortable having conversations about suicide and suicidality.

CPR Walk-in Demos
Stop-in and see CPR practices. All students, staff and faculty are welcome.  Leave with a free CPR mask keychain.  (Note: CPR demonstrations do not substitute for training and certification in CPR practices.)

Led by Gies junior, Natalie Van Derek and the Emergency Management Club, students learn how CPR can improve chances of survival and recovery.
