QUICK SUMMER CONSIDERATIONS...
- Pay attention to the drop deadlines and refund schedule.
- Summer courses are not "easier." These are the same 16 weeks of work compacted in 12 weeks or less. Make arrangements to give your courses the attention they need.
- Review your DARS to determine course options
- Use Course Explorer to identify the part of term the Illinois course is offered and know whether it’s online or on-campus
- Calculate tuition and/or connect with your financial supports.
- ONLINE TUTORING is available through the OMSA
- Consider additional obligations: Work, trips, internships, conferences, personal goals
- Off-Campus Transfer Course instructions are on Advising Gies Groups.
