Winter Add/Drop Deadlines!

Drop a winter course without a W grade through Self-Service by January 1, 2024, 11:59pm CST. Please review all the important deadlines for the winter term on the Office of the Registrar Academic Calendar.

December 17, 2023

11:59 PM CST deadline to ADD a Winter class via Student Self-Service. ABSOLUTELY no late add of winter class is allowed per campus policy.

11:59 PM CST deadline to DROP a Winter class for 100% tuition refund via Student Self-Service

December 18, 2023

First day of instruction for Winter classes

January 1, 2024

11:59 PM Deadline to drop a Winter class without ‘W’ grade and via Student Self-Service. Contact your college office to drop a winter class after this deadline.
