For graduating Seniors, we offer the Kraft Heinz Trainee Program. This is a 10-month rotational program that ends in a full-time placement within the company. We set our trainees up for success right from the get-go with a robust 4-week business overview and training with the entire cohort. After the first 4 weeks the trainees will then rotate into two 4-month long rotations – one in a field location (i.e. Sales offices, plants, distribution centers, etc.), and one in our HQ office in Chicago.
