Apply for May 2021 Graduation NOW!

Apply for graduation through Self-Service in order to officially add your name to the May 2021 degree list:

1. Select the "Graduation" option from the main menu of Self-Service.
2. Select "Apply to Graduate."  Follow the instructions to complete the application.
3. Update the diploma address in Self-Service.

If you plan to graduate with dual degrees, you must complete this process for both programs.

Apply by the 10th day of Spring 2021 instruction.  If you do not apply to graduate by the 10th day of instruction in your final semester, you must complete a degree list application form through Gies Office of Undergraduate Affairs.  Otherwise, your name will not be added to the pending degree list, and the date of your degree award and diploma will be deleted.

Applying for graduation now also allows the Gies Undergraduate Academic Advising Team to review your academic record before the spring 2021 semester begins.  Visit Undergraduate Academic Advising Gies Groups for more information about graduation:  Completion of Degree Requirements, College and University Graduation Honors, Degree Certification, If You Miss Certification Deadlines, etc...
