The Success Lab has two important upcoming events...

Express Major Course Planning - April 5th 3pm - 5pm

Do you need help with your fall schedule?  Follow these steps...

1. Run the DARS for your major(s): Complete the Major Course Planning Advising Video
2. Complete a major planning form:  Planning forms along with quick major specific videos are available on Undergrad Advising Gies Groups - Scroll down to Plan for Your Major!  Bring your planning form to advising to discuss.  
3. Attend Express Major Course Planning:  Stop in and meet with an advisor to help make plans for your Fall 2023 semester.  Register below - not required.

RIO - The Counseling Center - March 29th 3pm - 4pm

RIO is a two-part program that teaches students techniques for recognizing and moving past situations that cause stress, frustration, and anxiety. RIO can provide skills to help you:ÔÇ» 

• Manage and reduce anxiety 

• Adapt to new challenges 

• Understand your thoughts and feelings, WITHOUT judgment or shame 

• Move beyond feeling “stuck”ÔÇ» 

• Take the initiative to step out of your comfort zone
