The Gies Office of Undergraduate Affairs in partnership with Career Services will now make seven interview rooms available for undergraduate Gies students to reserve for independent use. These rooms can provide undergraduate Gies students a space for a virtual interview, to take a test or a quiet place to study.
Interview room spaces are currently for individual, quiet study. One student per booking, and bookings should be made in advance. Same day requests may be available by checking with the Undergraduate Success Lab in 1041BIF.
Room usage guidelines:
• Rooms will be available M-F, 9 am – 5 pm when the Success Lab is open by reservation and first-come, first served drop-ins.
• Rooms may be reserved by any undergraduate Gies student in 30 minute increments, up to a maximum of two hours.
• Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance.
• Students are allowed only two active reservations per week.
• Arrive within 10 minutes of your reserved start time. Otherwise, your entire reservation will be forfeited.
