We pride ourselves on providing numerous professional events and opportunities, allowing all members to network with corporate professionals and Illinois BAP alumni. Furthermore, the Internal Development team offers many valuable resources for members to elevate their business acumen and corporate responsibility.
We give back to the community and extend our circle of influence to not only our fellow peers but to society as well. As we learn to share and grow as a community, we are given the opportunity to strengthen our understanding of what it means to be invested in both individual success as well as public welfare.
We recognize the importance of forming and maintaining strong relationships with past and current BAP members. Through various committees and leadership positions available, we are able to further realize our appreciation for collaboration and camaraderie.

We have continued to host online social events even during the time of COVID-19. BAP has so many amazing people that want to stay connected as seen through our virtual BIF table, online board games, movies, or even a virtual session of Pictionary.
