Admission into the Real Estate Finance Academy is highly selective and will be open to qualified sophomores and juniors from any college across campus.

If accepted, students will attend a reception in November and complete onboarding materials during the winter break with full participation in the program beginning in January 2025.

New members officially join the Real Estate Finance Academy (REFA) at the conclusion of the fall semester.

Candidate expectations:

Real estate career-track individuals

Possess (or have aptitude for) technical skill development with Excel
Have the poise, demeanor and comfort level speaking with senior professionals
Ability to manage conflicting priorities, deadline-based tasks, and simultaneous projects
Display a commitment towards the pursuit of deeper understanding of capital markets and the commercial real estate industry
Earned a minimum GPA of 3.70 to be considered at the discretion of the director
