Apply for May 2022 Graduation!

APPLY during course registration!

Notify the college of your May 2022 graduation plans through Self-Service as soon as your time ticket opens. Instructions to APPLY for graduation can be found on Undergraduate Academic Advising Gies Groups. Once your name is on the May 2022 Graduation List, advisors will be able to review your degree audit to make sure you are on track for graduation.  If you do not apply to graduate by the 10th day of Spring 2022 instruction, you must complete a degree list application form through Gies Office of Undergraduate Affairs.  Otherwise, your name will not be added to the pending degree list, and the date of your degree award and diploma will be deleted.
 

CONFIRM using your DARS!

After you apply for graduation, you can confirm your name is on the May 2022 Graduation List by running a new DARS. This typically takes 24 hours after you apply for graduation.  Follow the instructions on Gies Groups to CONFIRM your name is on the graduation list, as well as, instructions to review your degree audit to make sure you are on track for graduation.
