Apply for May 2022 Graduation NOW!

Congratulations on making it to your final semester!  It is time to notify the college of your plans to graduate May 2022.  A degree application is required for degree processing and conferral.  Apply for graduation through Self-Service :
  1. Select the “graduation” option from the main menu of Self-Service
  2. Click Apply to Graduate; Follow instructions to complete application
  3. Update diploma address in Self-Service
If you have already applied for May 2022 graduation, then you do not need to apply again.  Once your name is on the May 2022 Graduation List, advisors will be able to review your degree audit to make sure you are on track for graduation.  If you do not apply to graduate by the 10th day of Spring 2022 instruction, you must complete a degree list application form through Gies Office of Undergraduate Affairs.  Otherwise, your name will not be added to the pending degree list, and the date of your degree award and diploma will be deleted.

CONFIRM using your DARS!

After you apply for graduation, you can confirm your name is on the May 2022 Graduation List by running a new DARS. This typically takes 24 hours after you apply for graduation.  Follow the instructions on Gies Groups to CONFIRM your name is on the graduation list, as well as, instructions to review your degree audit to make sure you are on track for graduation.
