Developing exemplary future business leaders

Each year, around 40 incoming freshmen are selected to participate in the distinguished Gies Scholar Program in Gies College of Business. They are chosen based on qualities including exceptional academic ability, proven leadership potential, and demonstrated desire to serve others. Gies Scholars receive a four-year scholarship and participate in special seminars, intensive dialogue with Gies faculty and business leaders, and international travel. The program provides students with a strong support system and valuable developmental experiences which will prepare them to be exemplary business leaders.
