OTCR Consulting is the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's premier student run consulting firm. OTCR specializes in business strategy, technology strategy, and technonlogy implementation. Since its founding eighteen years ago, OTCR has grown to be a diverse club of sixty undergraduate and graduate students.
