The Lab is home to the Fellowship Program. Our fellows are top students from a variety of disciplines who are responsible for developing and teaching software workshops and providing support to students who use the software tools for class projects and research. The knowledge and skills gained in the Fellowship Program help fellows stand out when seeking employment as well as in the workplace.
We are seeking self-motivated team players with a passion for financial markets and a desire to learn. Prior experience with business software and programming (Python, R) is a plus.
We accept applications from incoming sophomores and expect a minimum commitment of three semesters. This is a paid position, and one that can set you apart from your peers and position you well as you advance in your educational and professional career.
The fellowship application process opens at the beginning of the spring semester. Occasionally, we may seek applicants at other times of the year, so be sure to follow the lab Gies Groups throughout the year if you'd like to apply.
