Cancelling a Scheduled Appointment

1. Select "My Meetings" from the left navigation bar on the desktop website home page

2. Click the "My Meetings List" button in the upper right corner of the screen

3. Click the name of the faculty or staff member you are scheduled to meet with to bring up a dialogue box that will allow you to message the faculty or staff member and inform them you are cancelling

4. Click the "Message" button in the faculty or staff profile to send a cancellation message

5. Enter your message in the messaging box and click submit

6. Return to your meetings list and click the delete button on the right side of the screen for the meeting you would like to cancel
