IBC Promotions

IBC is a development-focused organization, and one way to continue developing professionally is to be promoted.

Promotions happen at the end of each semester, and everyone is eligible to apply. In IBC, we don't just accept difference — we support, celebrate, and thrive on it for the benefit of you, our clients, and our clients' customers.

The best way to move within the organization is to perform well in these three areas. Your team wants to see you succeed, so be receptive to feedback and be transparent about your goals! Leaders from all teams are also happy to talk to you — feel free to schedule a 1:1.

Our marketing, recruitment, evaluations, and promotions center around three core competencies, with three competencies each:

Professional acumen

Accountability

Adaptability

Etiquette

Quality execution

Communication

Innovation
