“Being a Gies mentor grants me the opportunity to make an impact within Gies and work closely with numerous students. I love meeting mentees and fellow Success Lab workers because we all have something that relates us to each other and connects us with Gies. Seeing my mentees gain confidence and inspiration from academic support is the most rewarding part of the Mentoring Program.” - Ava Wetzel, Former Peer Mentor
