Recruiting for the Investment Management Academy is conducted in the fall and spring of each academic year, for possible admission in the following semester. Application for admission is open prior to the opening of registration for the coming semester. Interested and qualified students can submit applications (available on this website), essays, and transcripts during the application period. Interviews are conducted with current members and the directors; accepted candidates are notified soon after.

Admission into the Investment Management Academy is highly selective and is open to current sophomores and juniors.
- Possess (or have aptitude for) technical financial knowledge
- Demonstrate the drive and the ability to pay attention to details and to learn continuously
- Display a commitment towards the pursuit of deeper understanding of capital markets and the investment management industry
- A minimum GPA of 3.6
