Diversity opportunities within investment banking
Many financial institutions have dedicated diversity and inclusion initiatives. If you qualify, this could be an additional approach to landing a position in the investment banking field.
Different programs have varying timelines for candidates interested the diversity programs, and some have early timelines for networking and an expedited interview process.
Candidates for these initiatives can include women; people of Black, Hispanic, or Native American heritage; members of the LGBTQ community; and people with disabilities.
