Career Immersion Program

The Career Immersion Program is specifically designed to assist transfer students during the internship search process. With 75% of the companies preferring hires with related experiences and 53% of internships converting to full-time positions nationally, finding an internship is crucial to securing a full-time position for Gies College of Business students. Top companies recruit interns during the first 4-8 weeks of the Fall semester, and the majority of their open positions are filled during the fall recruiting season.
