Common Application College Report
The Office of the Registrar no longer completes the College Report for the Common Applications or any other transfer report. The official transcript contains the information being requested. Students applying to transfer out of the University to an institution that uses the Common Application, should download the provided Transfer Letter, order a transcript through Parchment and select the Attach Additional Documents option on the “Enter Recipient Information” screen.
