Gies College of Business Undergraduate Degree List

Students can apply to graduate by adding themselves to the pending undergraduate degree list at the time they register for their final semester.  Students should add themselves to this list prior to the 10th day of their final semester of enrollment.  Students who apply to graduate will only be notified by their Academic Advisor if they do not meet graduation requirements.

Adding yourself to the Undergraduate Degree List:

Please follow these steps to add yourself to the Undergraduate Degree List prior to the 10th day of your final semester:

  1. Select the "graduation" option from the main menu of Self-Service
  2. Click Apply to Graduate; Follow instructions to complete application
  3. Update diploma address in Self-Service

If you do not do this by the 10th day of class of your final semester, you must complete the degree list application form below. Otherwise, your name will not be added to the pending degree list, and the date of your degree award and diploma may be delayed.

Click here to complete the Undergraduate Degree List Application form after the 10th day.

Removing yourself from the Undergraduate Degree List:

If you need to remove yourself from the Undergraduate Degree List and be added to a future semester's pending degree list, you must complete the form below.

Petition for Convocation Participation:

Click here if you are officially graduating in a term that does not have an official Convocation ceremony (August), or would prefer to participate in a different ceremony (ex. Graduating in December, but want to participate in the next May ceremony).  The deadline to submit this petition for participation in the May 2024 Convocation Ceremony is Friday, March 8, 2024. (*Students may submit a late petition, but we cannot guarantee late submissions will be added to the convocation program)

DECEMBER 23 GRADS: If you graduate the December before the May Convocation Ceremony, you can consider the confirmation email from your petition as approval to walk in the proceeding May ceremony.
