Econ Tutoring Center

15 David Kinley Hall (basement level)

Tutoring for: Econ 102, 103, 202, 203, 302, 303, and some 400s. MATH 220 and MATH 231 tutoring also available.

There is no cost and students may visit as many times as they need. The tutors have access to the course text books and syllabi in order to assist students on all our courses. Students should still visit their TA or Instructor during office hours for specific questions about tests or homework.

We will extend these hours during peak times (mid-terms and finals). Students may read more about the Econ Tutoring Center on our website:, which also provides more information about the tutors.

Check your course webpage for math tutoring organized by the math department. Tutoring is MOST effective when students seek it little by little throughout the semester. The tutoring rooms are usually packed right before exams, but cramming may not lead to success on math exams.

Some mathematics graduate students are willing to work as private tutors, with fees set individually. Their contact information, as well as the tutoring locations and hours for courses listed above, are available at
